
Syuzanna Avetisyan was born on September 14, 1989, in the city of Jermuk. She graduated with honors from Kechut Secondary School. From 2006 to 2010, she pursued her studies at the Faculty of Philology at Khachatur Abovyan Pedagogical University.
In 2015-2016, Syuzanna studied at the Visegrad Political School in Poland and later at the European Diplomatic Academy. In 2016, she trained as an expert in local self-government under the Council of Europe's program. In 2017, she participated in the IVLP program funded by the US government, where she studied community development methods in five US states. That same year, she took courses at George Mason University in Washington on local tax collection mechanisms.
From May to September 2022, she studied at Matena International School on the topic of "Effective Management of Communities in Armenia." In 2023-2024, she took courses at Lund University in Sweden on decentralization and human rights-based decision-making mechanisms at the community level.
Syuzanna has completed numerous courses and training programs in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Belgium, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, and other countries. She has represented Armenia on many international platforms as both a speaker and participant.
From 2013 to 2018, Syuzanna worked as the director of the "Jermuk Youth Center" CNCO where she implemented approximately 40 community development projects. In 2019-2020, she served as a youth specialist within the Jermuk Municipality administration.
From 2021 to 2022, she worked as a program coordinator at the Caucasian Research Resources Center - Armenia Foundation.
In 2022-2023, she worked as a program manager at the "Aprelu" Foundation.
Since July 2024, she has been the director of the "Fast Justice" LLC company.
As an expert and program coordinator, Syuzanna has collaborated with various international organizations, including Transparency International, UNDP, the World Bank, the US Embassy, American Councils, Peace Corps, and the EU Armenia.
Since 2016, she has served as the president of the Community Initiative for Development NGO.
In 2017, she became a member of the UN "I am the community" youth club.
Since September 2021, she has been a member of the "Country to Live" party, and she was elected as a City Council member of Elders in Jermuk.
On April 22, 2023, she was elected to the political council of the "Country to Live" party.
Suzanna is not married.
