Aram Manukyan was born on August 15, 1985, in the Dzoragyugh community of Gegharkunik Marz.
In 2002, he graduated from the local Secondary School No. 2.
From 2002 to 2007, he studied at the Department of Labor Economics and Economics at the Faculty of Management of the State University of Economics in Armenia.
From 2007 to 2009, he served in the RA Armed Forces and was the chairman of the sergeant's council of the military unit.
Has long-term management experience.
From 2010 to 2020, he worked as a director at the "Mush Complex" company.
Since 2021, he has been the director of "AM Shin" JSC.
In 2016, he was elected as a member of the Council of Elders of Dzoragyugh community in Gegharkunik Marz.
2016 and September 2020, he voluntarily went to the front to participate in the four-day and 44-day wars.
In 2019, he initiated and coordinated the establishment of the "Armat" engineering laboratory in the Dzoragigh community, with a focus on enhancing children's vocational education.
In 2020, a gathering of active students from the community was organized, which later evolved into an informal council.
In October 2021, he joined the "Country to Live" party.
In 2023, on April 22nd, he was elected as a member of the Council of the "Country to Live" party.
He is married and has two daughters
