Davit Manukyan was born on October 13, 1992, in Irind village, Aragatsotn marz.
2009, he graduated from Irind's Secondary School, named after Kotanyan.
From 2009 to 2013, he studied with honors and graduated from the Faculty of Emergency Situations and Crisis Management at the State Academy of Crisis Management of the RA Ministry of Defense. I majored in "Civil Protection" a bachelor's degree in engineering.
From 2013 to 2015, he served in the border guard military unit of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh. He held the positions of squad commander and then deputy platoon commander. He performed combat duty, was appointed as position/base captain, holds the military rank of senior sergeant, and was awarded the "Brave Warrior" badge.
From 2016 to 2020, he was involved in entrepreneurship.
2021-2022, he was a member of the Council of Elders of the Talin community and the head of the "Hayk" faction.
In 2022, he was elected as a member of the Council of Elders of the Talin community and became the leader of the "Country to live" faction.
In 2023, he was elected as a member of the political council of the "Country to Live" party.
From 2000 to 2013, he practiced judo and won multiple awards in various judo and sambo sports championships.
