Artur Astoyan was born on May 2, 1984, in the city of Artik, Shirak Marz, RA.
From 1991 to 2001, he studied and graduated from Secondary School No. 7 in Artik.
2001-2005: he studied and graduated from the Faculty of Geography at Yerevan State University.
From 2006 to 2008, he studied at YSU Faculty of Geography for a Master's degree.
In 2011, he founded "Volume Group" LLC in Artik, which is engaged in the production of labor gloves.
In 2022, he graduated from the "Effective Management of RA Communities" professional development program for community officials at "Matena" International School.
He is the author of many charity programs and initiatives.
He is a member of the "Country to live" party.
In 2021, as a result of the elections on December 5th, he was elected as the head of the Artik Community Council representing the "Country to live" faction.
On April 22, 2023, he was elected as a member of the political council of the "Country to live" party.
He is married and has three children.
