The Republic of Armenia must be a reliable partner in its relations with global powers.
The effective utilization of Diaspora structures can be leveraged for foreign policy objectives. A crucial aspect of foreign policy should involve minimizing the influence of international-regional events on Armenia and enhancing our impact on such occurrences. The shared interests that form the basis of bilateral relations should mitigate the effects of objective, subjective issues, and contradictions.
